3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on sk888. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. When registering, you agree to the following:

• sk888 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason, where it believes these Terms have been or are likely to be violated.
• Players must ensure their account details, including the mobile number linked to their bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet used for transactions, are accurate and belong solely to them. Mismatched payment details may result in withdrawal delays or suspension.

sk888 may conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks on any account at any time. Players who refuse to cooperate with verification procedures may have their accounts restricted or closed and funds withheld pending satisfactory verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

sk888 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local bank transfer services. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed on the payments page within your account and may change from time to time at sk888's discretion.
• All deposits must be funded from a payment method that is registered in your own name. sk888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit originating from a source not belonging to the account holder may be reversed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible. sk888 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• sk888 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• sk888 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside sk888's control.
• All currency amounts on sk888 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). sk888 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals under any circumstances.

In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect crediting of funds to a player's account, sk888 reserves the right to recover any incorrectly credited amounts. Players must not knowingly benefit from such errors and should report any discrepancy immediately to customer support.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

sk888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.

• Seasonal and event-based promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and other Bangladesh-market events) are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

Players are expected to use sk888 in good faith and for legitimate personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a way that was not intended by sk888.
• Collusion with other players or the use of coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent the integrity of sk888's games or sports betting markets.
• Any attempt to launder money or use sk888 for any other illegal financial activity. sk888 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
• Accessing or attempting to access sk888 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or assisting any other person in doing so.

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sk888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other financial loss — even if sk888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. sk888 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

sk888 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond sk888's reasonable control (including network outages, acts of God, or regulatory actions) may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. sk888 will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of any planned downtime and to restore service as quickly as possible.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

sk888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where sk888 reasonably believes that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Where the player fails to provide satisfactory identity, age, or source-of-funds verification documents within the timeframe requested by sk888.
• Where sk888 is required to do so by any applicable law, regulatory direction, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Where a player voluntarily requests account closure. In this case, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

All personal information collected during registration and use of the platform is handled in accordance with sk888's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 12 Amendments to These Terms
